Shadow Lake Wedding: Megan & Kyle

On the perfect afternoon of June 5th, 2021, Megan Shufelt and Kyle Derry joined one another at the altar overlooking Shadow Lake and exchanged their I-Do’s for a second time. They had an intimate ceremony last year, but now was the time to celebrate with all of their family and friends!

Megan and Kyle first met each other while practicing on the soccer fields during their High School soccer try-out’s. After a quick and obvious spark between them, they became friends which naturally turned into a beautiful romance. Megan says they knew even back then that they were meant for one another, and based on the pure joy that is evident throughout their entire wedding day, we would agree!

Though their relationship began early, Kyle kept the sparks flying when he proposed to Megan at the tippy-top of the High Roller Observation Wheel during an exciting Las Vegas vacation. Their ceremony and reception were both testament to the unique love shared between them, which was driven home by the many small-but-wonderful details throughout both. Megan says they are looking forward to cracking open the gorgeous hand-made wine box on their First Anniversary that they received as a gift. What an amazing idea!!

The newlyweds (x 2!) enjoyed their nuptials to the fullest, but decided to remain local after the wedding due to Covid; however they plan to book their much-deserved honeymoon soon!
